Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine condition, exactly as you received it - unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hareshrinivasa@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We strongly advise inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. In the event that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the quickest resolution to ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Upon acceptance of your return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
